Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: During his two-day tour of Latur and Beed districts, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar emphasized that he was focusing on highlighting the government's numerous welfare schemes and development projects rather than engaging with opposition statements. When asked about Union Minister Nitin Gadkari's remarks on the Majhi Ladki Bahin scheme, Pawar expressed his intention to discuss the matter with Gadkari upon returning to Mumbai to understand the basis of his statement. Pawar addressed a large gathering in Majalgaon, Beed district, underscoring the government’s commitment to inclusive development and calling for support for the Mahayuti alliance in the upcoming elections. He reiterated that the government upholds secular values, drawing inspiration from historical figures like Shivaji Maharaj, Mahatma Phule, Shahu Maharaj, and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Pawar also highlighted the “Jan Sanman Yatra” initiative, which aims to raise awareness about government schemes such as the Majhi Ladki Bhagin Yojana and other measures supporting women, farmers, and various community leaders.CheckedChangeListener further elaborated on initiatives like free education for girls, electricity bill waivers for farmers, crop insurance, milk subsidy, and increased honorarium for several key positions. He expressed confidence that these initiatives would persist for the next five years with the backing of the Mahayuti in the upcoming elections. "I humbly ask for your blessings and firm support for Mahayuti in this election," he stated.
